The Returns module, combined with apps for Android and iOS, provides a powerful and flexible way to handle incoming returns. Users can mark returned items, capture return reasons, and document item conditions.

The Returns app allows users to create returns for products that customers have sent back. Incoming packages can be processed with or without prior notice (unannounced vs. announced returns). Additionally, the app supports the quality checking process by documenting item conditions and return reasons.

The process for connecting the return app to the tenant is the same as for the Operations app. Please see how to connect your app to your tenant.
