The primary goal of our Backoffice is to enable supervisors or admins to administer users or facilities and to get more details on network or facility level. Therefore, users can be created or edited, order status can be viewed or routing configurations can be changed.

The network view gives the user a general overview across all orders, facilities or users. The user is able to manage the overall network by defining routing configurations or network wide settings.

The facility view shows the user information and settings of the selected facility. Therefore, users can see inventory, orders or settings of the selected facility.

Based on the role of the individual user, more or less sections are accessible within your Backoffice.
