Analytics

While the Backoffice already provides you with all the real-time information you need for the operational daily business, the analytics dashboard has been designed to give you even deeper insights based on long-term historical data. Many important KPIs, graphs and tables can help you to better understand and optimize your company's processes.

Please note that the analytics section is still in BETA stage and - for now - only available in english. Feedback and improvement or customization requests are welcome! If you want to create custom dashboards or analyses, you may want to use the public event export to integrate the raw data into your own data warehouse.

The dashboard displays data up to the previous day and is updated once a night. This applies not only to the display of new data, but also to changes to master data, e.g. names of facilities. To assign events to a date, a time zone has been configured for you. It is currently only possible to use a single time zone.

Content & Navigation

When you open the analytics area, you will first be taken to the overview page, where you will also find the navigation menu. As can be seen here, the dashboard is organized into domains, whereby several subpages can exist for each domain. Each of these pages deals with a topic such as "Orders" or "Routing". The column on the far left contains cross-domain pages.

Most sites offer filters to select a time period or a specific facility, for example. Sometimes you can also select the time granularity (daily, weekly, monthly). These filters and settings are only applied where it makes sense. For example, unroutable orders cannot be selected by facility because no facility has yet been assigned.

The filters by company and country are essentially also facility filters that only use the latest assignment in the facilities master data. This means that if, for example, the company of a location is changed, this also leads to a new assignment in the dashboard for historical data, not just for future data.

Please note that the availability of the individual pages as well as filter options depend on the configuration of your tenant.

The content of the dashboard is organized in a grid of tiles, which can contain a chart, a table or a single number. Clicking on the heading (here of the "Incoming Orders" tile) will take you to the corresponding section in this documentation.

At the bottom right-hand end, most pages offer a button with which the displayed data can be downloaded as an excel file. The current filter settings are taken into account.

Overview Page

The overview page provides a quick first overview of some key figures from different domains. You can use a dropdown to select a time period and a comparison period, e.g. to see the incoming orders for the current month and compare them with those of the previous month.

All data on this page can also be found in greater detail on the respective subpages, where the time period can also be freely selected.

Subpages

Here you will find the descriptions of the individual subpages:
