The fulfillmentools app portfolio consists of various apps that are tailored to different application areas and operating systems. The following apps are offered:

  • Operations Web App

  • Returns iOS App

How to connect an app with the Backoffice?
  1. Download the App in the App Store or Google Playstore

  2. Open the app

  3. Click “Activate app” on the welcome screen

  4. Grant access to your camera. If you deny the access, you get a button within the camera view to grant access from out the settings of your Android device.

  5. Log into the Backoffice and select the Network View or Facility View

  6. Click on Settings (same for Facility View and Network View) and click on “Add mobile device”)

  7. Scan the QR-Code shown in the Backoffice with the app

  8. Once the QR code has been scanned, the connection is made and you are redirected to the login prompt.

If you are using an old version of the app, you will get a screen that informs you about your version mismatch and forces you to update the app.
