The Backoffice is a web-based application. It is recommended to access it using Google Chrome. The URL for production systems is constructed using the pattern https://ocff-{{tenant-name}}-prod.web.app/. After navigating to the URL, a login window is displayed where user credentials are required to proceed.

How to log into the Backoffice?
Enter a valid user name and password to log in. Depending on the assigned user role, the Facility View or the Network View (or both) will be accessible.
Select the desired view.
After a successful login, the Home view is displayed.
How to change the language?
Log in and select either the Network View or Facility View.
The currently selected language is displayed in the top-right corner of the interface.
Click the current language to show all available languages, and then select the desired one.
