Backoffice access and authentication

This page describes how to access the fulfillmenttools Backoffice, including login, SSO authentication and password management.

The Backoffice is a web-based application that helps network, store, or warehouse managers monitor orders, inventory, and operational tasks. Depending on the use case, the information can be viewed in a summarized form for the entire network or for an individual facility.

It's recommended to access your Backoffice using Google Chrome. The URL for production systems follows the pattern https://ocff-{{tenant-name}}-prod.web.app/. You will have received an email invitation with your credentials. After navigating to the URL, a login window appears, requiring user credentials to proceed.

Logging into Backoffice

A successful login requires an active account within the tenant. Authentication can be performed using an account created directly in the fulfillmenttools system or an externally administered Single Sign-On (SSO) account.

Log in with a fulfillmenttools account

Navigate to the required tenant and enter the Username and Password associated with the account.

Log in with an SSO account

If SSO is configured for the tenant, an SSO login option is displayed. Selecting this option starts the externally managed authentication process.

Password management

This functionality is only available for accounts that aren't managed by an external Single Sign-On (SSO) system.

Change password

Password changes can be performed in the account settings. To access account settings, click the profile icon in the top right of the screen, then select Account settings from the dropdown menu. This will open the profile section, where the Change password option is available.

Reset password

A valid email address must be associated with the account for password recovery. If no email address is available, the password reset can't be completed, and an administrator or supervisor must change the password.

If access to a fulfillmenttools account is no longer possible, the password can be reset by selecting Forgot password? on the login screen. The password reset page prompts the user to enter the Username, after which an email containing a reset link is sent to the associated address.

Click Forgot password?
Enter user name and click reset password
