Introduction

During the packing process, users can print various documents, such as delivery notes and return notes. The system also generates shipping labels to prepare picked and packed items for shipment.

Printing and shipping

Clicking the print button in a packing task opens the options for printing and shipping.

Shipping label creation

To create a shipping label, click the + button at the lower right corner of the screen. Depending on the configurations and selected carrier, additional information may be required to order a shipping label.

After all information is provided, the system creates the shipping label, which can then be selected for printing.

If the shipping label creation fails, the system provides an error message with details to help resolve the issue.
