More details can be found under Products – Inventory Management.

Customization

  • Table columns can be rearranged or stuck to either side. This action is available via the three-dot menu in each column header.

Stock availability

More details can be found under Products – Stock availability.

The table provides information on the stock availability of the articles within the network.

  • On Hand: The total amount of stock that is physically present in a facility.

  • Available on Stock (AOS): The total stock reduced by reservations, blocked stock, and safety stock. In detail, this covers all stock that is ACCESSIBLE and PICKABLE, has not yet reached its availableUntil date, and is reduced by reservations, blocked stock, and safety stock.

  • Available for Picking (AFP): Pickable stock reduced by reservations, blocked stock, and safety stock, which is used for incoming orders. This covers all stock that is ACCESSIBLE and PICKABLE, is placed in a pickable location, and has not yet reached its availableUntil date.

  • Expected: The amount of stock that is expected to arrive or be produced, based on deliveries of goods, production, or transfers from other facilities. It is communicated via the inbound process and is visible in the stock overview. Once a purchase order is created, the system can consider its expected stock in the shop availability.

  • Reserved: The sum of reservations on stock, expected stock, and over-reservations. This value shows the number of reservations accepted for the item in the facility, including reservations for all orders assigned to the facility for fulfillment and reservations on expected stock that has not yet arrived.

  • Safety Stock: Stock held back for offline sales to ensure online sales do not cannibalize them. If the safety stock level is reached within a facility, the system no longer considers that facility for order routing. Safety stock can be configured on the stock detail view by clicking the three-dot menu on the right. For more information, refer to Safety Stock.

  • Blocked: Stock that is not accessible for sale because it is stored on locked locations. A location or stock is considered locked if it does not have the ACCESSIBLE trait. Stock might be blocked due to events like water damage or infestation. For more information, refer to Inventory Traits.

  • Not Available: Includes stock that is blocked or that is held back for offline sales as safety stock. Clicking on the value opens a modal with more details.
