Stock views
Stock overview
General
The stock overview provides an overview of all articles in the network and their respective stock. The articles are sorted by tenant article ID per default. Table columns can be rearranged or sticked to either side. The action is available via three-dot menu in each column header.

Search and filters
The search allows searching articles by their title, ID, or scannable code. Upon clicking on a search result, the user is directed to the detail view of the respective article.
The below filters are available:
Facility country: Results show stock for articles with listings in facilities within the filtered country.
Management type: Results show stock for articles with listings in facilities with the filtered management type.
Facility: Results show stock for articles with listings in the filtered facilities.
Listing status: Results show stock for articles with active/inactive listings.
Listing out of stock behaviour: Results show stock for articles with listings that are preorderable/backorderable/restockable. See Listing out of stock behaviour for more information.
Stock availability
The table provides information on the stock availability of the articles within the network.
On hand: Total stock physically located in facilities
Available on stock (AOS): Total stock reduced by reservations, blocked stock and safety stock.
Available for Picking (AFP): Pickable stock reduced by reservations, blocked stock, and safety stock (used for incoming orders).
Expected: Shows amount of expected stock, i.e., that is expected to arrive based on deliveries of goods, production or transfers from other facilities.
Reserved: Sum of reservations on stock, expected stock, and over-reservations.
Safety Stock: Stock that is held back for offline sales. Safety stock can be configured on the stock detail view by clicking on the three-dot menu on the right. For more information, please refer to Safety Stock.
Blocked: Stock that is not accessible for sale. Stock might be blocked due to, e.g., water damage, infestion, or similar. For more information please refer to Inventory Traits.
Stock detail view
General
On top of the page, basic information specified in the listing is displayed. This includes title, attributes, and tenantArticleId. Below, information on stock availability is provided.

Future Stock Movements
The future stock movements graph and table are accessible via the tab navigation at the top of the page. The graph shows the development of stock that is available for picking in the future. The table on the right provides more details into the events that triggered the respective change in stock levels. Stock levels can change due to:
Delivery of goods: A purchase order was created meaning stock is expected to be delivered for the respective product
Stock expires: Stocks have exceeded the date by which they are to be sold (availableUntil date)
The graph does not estimate future sales or other stock movements that our systems are not yet aware of.
