Core

Core features of the fulfillmenttools platform affect all other features and/or work as a base for all subsequent ones.

Inventory Management

Enables the distribution and management of the entire network inventory across all facilities. Stock can be categorized according to various criteria, such as storage location or condition, and made available for sale.

Availability & Promising

Allows shop & commerce systems to retrieve relevant information in the customer (checkout) journey. Depending on the use case, information on stock availability, earliest delivery date, available carriers, and more can be queried.

Distributed Order Management

Ensures the optimal allocation of customer orders to fulfillment locations based on configurable rules. Already accepted orders can be managed manually or automatically based on customizable configurations.

Order Fulfillment

Covers all operative steps in the facility from picking ordered items to handing over the finished parcel to the shipping provider.

Carrier Management

Allows connecting different shipping service providers simultaneously and offer various shipping options at different facilities.

Returns Management

Supports the operational processes of assessing and accepting announced as well as unannounced returns.

Use Cases

Gives application examples of our features and offers step by step guidance for implementation.
