It is possible to use load units within the picking process. Load units can be any custom item that complements the picked task, such as bags, boxes, vouchers, or any kind of goodies/information that the picker should get once the picking process is finished. The amount of such an item can be specified for each custom item.

This information is later used in the handover process where it is ensured that all load units were handed over.

Load unit types can be defined via API, each with a name, a picture, and a priority. They are then available tenant-wide and displayed at the end of the picking process in the Operations App, sorted by the specified priority (ASC). All defined load unit types will immediately be displayed for selection in the picking process. If there are no load unit types defined, this step is skipped in the app.

Please go to the for more information on creating load unit types via .
