Notification center

Last updated 4 months ago

Introduction

The notification center keeps users informed about relevant events within the fulfillmenttools platform. The feature allows configuring email notifications for specific events on the network and facility level.

The following events are available:

  • Pick job created: A pick job was created in a facility

  • Upcoming time triggered re-route: An order will soon be re-routed

  • Routing plan not routable: An order could not be assigned to a facility.

  • Routing plan waiting: A routing plan is waiting

Configuration

If configurations are made on the network level, notifications are received globally, i.e., for all events, no matter which facility they apply to. If configurations are made on the facility level, notifications are received only for specific facilities, e.g., orders routed to a specific facility.

A channel must be defined to set up a notification. A channel defines the source and the target of notifications. We recommend defining different channels for different receiver groups and/or facilities.

Quotas may be imposed on this in the future

fulfillmenttools reserves the right to impose a quota per customer on this feature in the future.

Please check the for more information on setting up notifications via the .
