Cockpit

The Cockpit is the landing page in our Backoffice for both the Network- and the Facility view. From here you can reach the individual pages to adjust settings, view an order status or handle not-routable orders.

Network View - you can find functions and information about:

• Orders: Gain an overview across all orders within your network

• Stock Overview: Get an overview of your current network stock

• Facilities: Adjust your facility settings on a network level

• Users: Add, delete, edit or view your users

• DOMS Configuration: Define your routing configurations to select the ideal location to fulfill each order

• Settings: Define further network wide settings for your network

You do not necessarily have to go into the cockpit to reach each of the settings. You can also find them on the left side of the Backoffice.
