First steps - Registration

You will have received credentials from fulfillmenttools to log into the backoffice. As the backoffice is Browser based (Google Chrome is recommended) you will need to open the URL of your backoffice to access it.

In the following how to`s the first steps are explained of logging in, connecting your app with the backoffice and changing the language.

How to log into the Backoffice?
  1. With your given Username and Password you can log in

    Depending on your user role you can either enter the Network View or the Facility View.

  2. Select the desired view

  3. After log in you will arrive in the Cockpit View. Select your action (Cockpit)

How to connect your Backoffice with the app?
  1. Log in and select depending on your actions and user role the Network View or Facility View

  2. Click on Settings (It makes no difference if you are in the Facility View or Network View) and open up the field “Add mobile device”)

  3. Download the Android App fulfillmenttools and connect the app by scanning the QR Code. When opening the app the first time you have to perform the following steps:

    1. Once the QR code has been scanned, the connection is made and you are redirected to the login prompt.

If you are using a too old version of the app, you will get a screen that informs you about your version mismatch and forces you to update the app from out the Google Play Store.

How to change languages?
  1. Log in and select depending on your actions and user role the Network View or Facility View

  2. In every view on the right corner you can find the actual language

  3. To change it you can click on the actual language and you will see all the available languages. Select your desired language.
