# Downloads page

On this page, users can download various reports and data extracts as CSV or Excel files. These downloads are enabled on an individual basis. Contact support to inquire about available reports.

When opening a CSV file with Excel, all data may initially appear in a single column (`column A`). To separate the data into individual columns, follow these steps:

* Select `column A`.
* Switch to the `Data` tab and click `Text to Columns`.
* Select `Comma` as the separator.
